Tenants are responsible for their own utilities. Tenants will need to contact these utilities to get them put into their name before they move in and stop the utilities when they move out.

Water, Sewer, & Trash

Houses in the City of Athens are not billed to tenants. They are billed to the address every month, regardless of who lives there. When tenants change, a final bill reading is done and charged out of the tenant's security deposit. 

147 Shady Lane, as it is in The Plains, must have water switched over. This can be done by filling out a water service request here. Trash service is not handled by The Plains, and must be set up through an independent company:
